Dr. Mustafa Mercan was born in Mugla in 1977. Dr. Mercan graduated from the Bornova Anadolu High School in Izmir. He attended Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara and qualified for a Medical Doctor degree in 2004.

Between 2006-2007 Dr. Mustafa Mercan served as 2. Lieutenant and Chief Officer of Medical Service in Turkish Air Forces’ field division.

Between 2007-2008 he attended a residency program in Neurosurgery in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He ran his own practice in Ankara and Bodrum for a while. He has been working in fields of Hair Restoration and Stereoscopic Hair Transplantation Surgery with Dr. Ekrem Civaş.
