About Dental Implants Costa Rica Our Services: Your First Visit: Our goal is to make your visit a pleasure. Here is what you can expect on your first day with your Costa Rica dentist in our clinic: First, we will perform a complete examination of your mouth including a panoramic x-ray shot. X-rays are necessary for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Then, we will verify your general health and, if needed, conduct blood tests and urinalysis. We'll look for drug allergies and any chronic problem that could affect our implants. We want to be sure you are healthy and will heal properly. We will inform you about dental implants from start to finish. You will know exactly what is needed to replace your missing teeth and enable you to regain a normal life. Our implants will also help you to resolve pain and gagging from dentures and improve the symmetry and appearance of your face.

Founded in 1737, San Jose today is a sprawling metropolis. Costa Rica’s capital and the largest city in the country, San Jose is considered to be among the most cosmopolitan cities in Latin America. Here, you can find not only good accommodations and hotels, but many wonderful museums, bars, restaurants, shopping centers, colorful markets and a fast paced night life. A bustling city nestled inside a tropical paradise; San Jose sits in the center of the country in the Central Valley and is surrounded by gorgeous untouched cloud forests. Serving as a hub to the rest of the country, San Jose is the prefect place to use as a base camp to tour Costa Rica. With the Juan Santamaria International Airport just 20 minutes from downtown San Jose, there are plenty of tour bus companies based here that run buses throughout Costa Rica. 
I'd had nine crowns, two root canals, one extraction, two bridges and two implants. And the total cost was less than $6,000. I'd saved $18,000.
We'd had a wonderful vacation and I'd returned with a mouthful of great teeth.
The big test came when I visited my own local dentist. He told me up front that in the United States the molded teeth alone would cost more than the entire dental work and vacation in Costa Rica.
Then I opened wide and got his verdict.
"This is the most magnificent dental work I have ever seen," he declared.
I left smiling brightly and feeling very clever. I had to get home right away and brush my teeth.
