German Arzate DDS MS was born in Mexico City on 1967. He is the owner and founder of Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry in Cancun, Mexico as well as Dental Maya. He has a TWELVE year experience placing Dental Implants and he is considered to be one of the top 5 Dental Implants specialists in Mexico. He is 100% English spoken and he specializes in Canadian, American and British patients.

He is a Graduate (Generation 1988) of the National University of Mexico (UNAM) With almost 19 years of experience, he is a certified doctor in high cosmetic dentistry and Dental Implants. He is also Certified in Bone Regeneration and Maxillary Growth. Doctor German is the leader dentist and he has created and currently operate 4 clinics (3 in Cancun and 1 in Mexico City).

He is also a sculpture artist since he was in teenager years and he have been invited to several art expositions in Mexico. His sculptures have been shown in Cancun Airport, National Treasure Building (Mexico City), Museo del Carmen (Mexico City), Museum Of Modern Art (Mexico City), among others.

Resting on the northeast corner of the Mexican Caribbean, Cancun itself was built on a site selected as the ideal spot for a new tourist development by the Mexican government. The state of Quintana Roo was still a territory and this area had few inhabitants when Cancun was built.

It is still considered the gateway to the Mayan World ("El Mundo Maya"). Mayan temples and ritual sites are literally everywhere, some smothered by lush jungle, others easily accessible.

The Cancun hotel zone is almost entirely built around the tourist industry. It abounds with all-inclusive resort hotels. Stay here only if you don't mind spending your vacation with many other tourists.

Downtown Cancun, especially once you get away from the ADO bus station and nearby hostels and hotels, is a real Mexican city. There are many restaurants, shopping centers, markets and clubs in the downtown area that you can visit during your stay.

I was treated by German and his staff in Cancun and received three bridges and veneers. The staff were extremely professional , caring and hospitable. Nothing was too much a trouble. The surgery surroundings are nice and pleasant. Clean and are being constantly cleaned around you! All the staff are always polite and smiling! It seems they enjoy working at Dental Maya! When I save more, I´ll be back to have my full mouth completed. It was a pleasure to be treated here in Cancun. Thanks.

I had my worn enamels filled with white filling and the same time had one tooth mercury removed and filled with white filling. I am impressed how professional and outstanding everyone is. I do plan to be back in 2010 to get the rest of my mercury removed as mercury is toxic and filled with white filling. The price and vacation is worth it and German was wonderful and his art work is awesome. THANK YOU German and Camille!!

I was very please with the entire experience. They were on time and did a lot of work for me in only one week. (6 crowns, two overlays, one root canal, and one bone graft with sinus lift, and one laser whiting, all in a week! ). The Doctors and support staff are well dressed and professional, the office is very clean and comfortable and the staff is polite and anxious to make sure you are not in pain at any time. Some of the dentist are struggling with English, but they are working on it Dr German and Camila speak English very well. Others with varying degrees. Even though there was no pain, having all of the above work performed in that time period required sitting in a dentist chair for long periods of time as much as eight hours and having 3 dentist working in one day, its no walk in the park!!! but they do there best to make you as comfortable as possible I would highly recommend Doctor German Arzate Garza and his entire staff. I will definitely be back for implants once the bone graft takes.
