Doç.Dr. Ulun Uluğ
Dr. Ulun Uluğ graduated from Hacettepe Medical Faculty in 1993 and completed his specialization in Gynaecology at the Marmara University Medical Faculty in 1997. He received fellowships from the Greater Baltimore Medical Centre, associated with the Johns Hopkins University and the Hamek Medical Center, associated with the Technion University in Israel where he practiced medicine as well.
Completing his compulsory service at the Ağrı Military Hospital, he started working at the Bahçeci Woman's Health Center and the German Hospital IVF-Center.
He is an active member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology as well as the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
He has published over 80 articles to which more than 200 publications have made references to.
Op. Dr. Emre BAKIRCIOĞLU
Born in Istanbul in 1967, Dr. Bakırcıoğlu graduated from the Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 1990. At the Haydarpaşa hospital he started his Urology specialisation in 1992 and became a specialist in 1997.
During the last six months at the University of California he worked under the supervision of Prof.Dr.Tom Lue on erectile dysfunctions and neurology. After his specialisation he continued his research at the same institution until the year 2000.
Researching at the Baylor University, Houston and Cornell University, New York, Dr.Bakırcıoğlu continues working at the Bahçeci and Umut IVF-Centers.
He is an active member of the Turkish Urology Association, the Turkish Andrology Association, the American Urology Association, American Reproductive Medicine and the International Society of Impotence Research. His research on erectile dysfunctions obtained the 'Best Abstract' award at the American Urology Association and the second place at the Lapides Essay Contest.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa BAHÇECİ
Born in 1957, Mustafa Bahçeci graduated from the Ankara University Medical Faculty in 1980. At the same faculty he completed his specialisation in Gynaecology. After that he started teaching at the Ankara University Medical Faculty and became a professor in 2000.
He completed a year of research at the Wayne State University in Detroit in 1990. Founding the IVF Center at the German Hospital in 1996, he is still a lecturer at the Yeditepe Medical Faculty.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bahçeci is a member of the Turkish Gynaecology Society, European Society of Human Reproductive Endocrinology, American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
