Tolga Umar

I am the founder and company owner of VisitandCare.com. I recently returned to my home-country of Turkey with my family after nearly 13 years of living in the United States. I started this company with the idea to provide everyone, everywhere with affordable healthcare with the perk of a relaxing vacation.

I have a degree in marketing and advertising and a Masters degree in business. My career began in the United States working for the The Boeing company in Commercial Airplanes Division.

My daily tasks at VisitandCare.com are to administrate and manage the company. It is also my responsibility to seek out and approve new hospitals and clinics.

I am married to Brandie Umar and have two children. During my very little free time I enjoy playing with my kids, traveling with my wife, and watching soccer.

Didem Yoruk

As the International Patient Coordinator, it is my job to ensure online inquiries and quotes are met in a timely fashion and directed to the most appropriate clinics and hospitals. Every patient is called by phone in an attempt to gather information so that we can work together to get the best destination for the best price. Some patients are already planning trips to certain cities which makes having treatment even easier and more cost friendly. By forming relationships with my patients, I can ensure they get the most accurate information on surgeons, clinics and procedures as well as assist in booking appointments and assisting with hotel arrangements.

I am of Turkish decent, born and raised in Toronto, Canada. I graduated from York University in 2004 with an Honors Degree in Business and Society and have extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management. I understand that traveling abroad to have medical treatment may seem frightening so I try my best to assist in making my patients as comfortable as I can by providing references and one on one conversations with medical professionals. The clinics and hospitals we work with are of highest quality and standards, and since I am in constant contact with them, I trust that my patients will get the same kindness and expertise I am met with. I look forward to hopefully assisting you one day!

Working as an international patient coordinator I am responsible for informing our patients about their desired treatment, the destination they would like to go to and help them make the best decision.  I am from Istanbul, yet have also lived in Germany, in the UK and in Spain at some points in my life.

I recently graduated from King’s College London with a degree in European Studies and also have extensive Customer Service experience. Having had such experience abroad I can easily relate to European patients and know a little about the public health systems in each country. This is an important factor aiding my everyday work and I hope that I can be of help to you too!

I am the International Coordinator for Latin America. I am of Mexican decent. I lived and studied in the United States for the major part of my life where I graduated and received a bachelors degree in Marketing.

I have extensive knowledge in the Administration of the Medical field as well as customer service in Both the United states and Mexico. It is my job to see that our patients not only recieve affordable care but quality as well...where ever in the world they may be. My network of Dr's were chosen with an extensive amount of research before qualifying them to serve the patients we come in contact with on a daily basis.

I strive to provide all my patients with all the answers to their questions in a timely manner and see them through the whole process from start to the day of their surgeries. I hope to be a part of your journey soon.

As one of the International Patient Coordinators, I follow up on our inquiries to find the most appropriate and suitable Providers on an individual basis.

I am an Australian who has settled in Turkey after extensive travel abroad. I studied Arts with a focus on Sculpture at Sydney College of the Arts and went on to run my own business for 10 years. I have also worked as a counselor for Women's Refuge and have a special interest in our IVF patients and Clinics.

I believe our service and our team are second to none. Each inquiry is important to us and we do our utmost to support you every step of the way.

Born and raised in the United States, I have obtained my degree in Communications and Journalism from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition to my education and work experience, being of Turkish descent has led me to join the continually expanding health care market in Istanbul, Turkey. My previous positions in marketing and editing have prepared me to combine medical travel with marketing to assist partners and future clients in obtaining the most accurate and useful information from our company.

In my role as the Marketing & Web Content Manager for VisitandCare.com, I ensure successful marketing research, accurate website content, establish partnerships with experienced and qualified clinics/hospitals throughout the world, and develop open and honest communication with patients who are considering medical treatment in their own country or abroad.
