Dr. Sophocles Nicolaides was born in Nicosia, Cyprus on the 19th of April 1962. After graduating from Strovolos high school in Nicosia with excellent grades, he served in the Army, where he attained the rank of Lieutenant. In 1991 he graduated from the well-known Charles in Prague with excellent grades, obtaining a degree of a Medical Doctor. Work experience: 1991-1992 Rotating Internship in General Practice, Surgery and Gynecology at General in Nicosia and Makarios in NicosiaHospitalHospital 1993-1994 Angio and Thoracic Department, Ap., Kifisia, Athens, GreecePetrou & PavlouHospital 1994-1995 General Surgery Department, Ap., Kifisia, Athens, GreecePetrou & Pavlou Hospital 1995-2001 Plastic Surgery and First Degree Burn Department, (Ap. Petrou & Pavlou Hospital, Kifisia, Athens, Greece) where he gained his experience in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. About Limassol, Cyprus

Limassol is the second-largest city in Cyprus, with a population of 176.900 (2005), the largest city in geographical size, and the biggest municipality of the island. The medieval castle is one of the nine castles of Cyprus. It was built by the Byzantines around 1000 AD. Around the same period, a chapel was also built there. Richard the Lionheart is supposed to have married his fiancée Princess Berengaria of Navarre on this site after her ship was grounded nearby in 1191 as she accompanied him to the Third Crusade, on his way to Holy Land. The Castle was used as a prison, between 1790-1940.

I live in Cyprus and as many people know that it is a small Island and everyone gets to know what is going on, but I must admit until I met Jackie I didn't know what discreet really meant. I had my consultation with the Doctor and from start to finish Jackie was with me and I never had to worry about a thing. First I would like to say thank you to Jackie for making everything so simple and stress free for my sisters. I came along with my sisters to have Plastic Surgery both having reduction uplift and facial surgery. But when I met Jackie who was in control and organized of everything the minute we met her. She took us straight from the airport to the clinic where we met the Surgeon and all the staff who would be looking after my sisters. On arrival at the clinic it was much better than we had expected, it looked so new and clean. We didn't know what to expect coming to a different country for cosmetic surgery but this came highly recommended from friends in UK. The day of their surgeries the Anesthetist came to see them and made there day he was lovely and took them to paradise when they went to the Theatre. The service and care we had, all three of us was excellent, although I didn't have any this time I will certainly be back soon, and even if I came alone I won't have any worries as I know I shall be in good hands.

I would be able to have plastic surgery because of the cost and lets face it, it's a scary thought. Then I heard about Jackie. Due to Jackie being English, the language barrier was not a problem and the prices beat anything I had seen in the U.K. I had a Tummy Tuck and Liposuction on my chin and Jackie was with me every step of the way, she was there when I went to sleep and when I woke up. She came to the clinic twice a day to see that I was okay, she even washed my hair!! During my first week at home she phoned every day to check on my progress. The Surgeon is a really nice man, very understanding and realistic, the whole team are great and put you at ease. If you are going to have plastic surgery, do it via Jackie.

I was very worried before I had Surgery as I have never had Surgery before. I met Jackie before I had my consultation with the doctor and she explained everything to me, like what it would be like things that I should or should not do. I knew she would be there for me like an extension of my family, as I never told anyone I was thinking of having surgery. It is now 6 weeks after my surgery and I am still receiving excellent care from both Jackie and the doctor and whenever I call for something it's never a problem. The good thing that I liked about the whole event is that Jackie and Dr Nicolaides compliment each other and I instantly felt that I could trust and felt safe in their hands. My advise to anyone waiting for Plastic Surgery is get as much advise as you can and be very careful if a surgeon doesn't have any pictures to show you of his work and that you must have tests done beforehand after all it is your life and your body I feel very blessed that I came across Jackie and ended up in the best hands possible. I highlyrecommend Jackie, and if you do the same as me you won't be disappointed.

Jackie made me feel very comfortable and confident from my first appointment. She is not only very professional, but also very personable. I am writing to thank you. I recently underwent an abdominoplasty, breast lift, and revision liposuction. I was very cautious in choosing my cosmetic surgeon. Several years prior to my recent procedures, I had liposuction by another cosmetic surgeon. Being a nurse myself, I thought I had done well by choosing a board certified doctor. This was not the case. My results were less than satisfactory-to say the least. Although a physician may be proficient enough in their technical skills to receive board certification, the artistry which cosmetic surgery requires cannot be taught. I believe that Dr. Nicolaides has the rare combination of these two. He was not only able to correct the previous defects, but did an excellent job on the procedures which we had originally discussed. Dr. Nicolaide's attention to detail definitely shows in his work-both in the operating room and in his bedside manner.I have been thrilled with my work and have sent several friends to see him.
