Professor Dr.Luiz Toledo
 Professor Dr. Luiz Toledo, a world renowned plastic surgeon with over 30 years experience is a respected innovator of surgical techniques for facial rejuvenation and body contouring. He was one of the key developers of superficial liposculpture and inventor of the widely used liposuction cannula the ‘Toledo V-tip’.
A graduate of the University of the State of São Paulo, "UNESP" in 1971, he has been in private practice since 1975. After completing his residency in general surgery and plastic surgery he became assistant and later Chief of Plastic Surgery at the "Instituto Arnaldo Vieira de Carvalho" - Santa Casa, in São Paulo until 1980, when he went into solo private practice of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Luiz S. Toledo holds the title of Specialist in Plastic Surgery, bestowed by the "Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery - SBCP" and the "Medical Association of Brazil – AMB" and Professor of Post-graduate Education in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery – ISAPS. He is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon living and working in Dubai since 2006.

Dubai, one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates, as well as being the most modern and progressive emirate in the UAE, is rather like an independent city-state, developing at an unbelievable pace in the tourist and trade sectors especially. A relatively new tourist destination that has gained popularity in recent years, Dubai is essentially a desert city with superb infrastructure, liberal policies (by regional standards), that became popular for its excellent tourist amenities. Just 5 hours from Europe and 3 hours from most parts of the Middle East, the Near East, and the subcontinent of India, Dubai makes a great short break for shopping, partying, sunbathing, fine dining, sporting events, and even a few sinful pleasures. It is a city of superlatives: for the fastest, biggest, tallest, largest and highest, Dubai is the destination. It also has the largest immigrant population in the world.
The city of Dubai is situated on a coastal strip bordered by desert and gets very hot. It is dry on the hottest days and humid during the cooler days in the summer. Cooler, more pleasant weather lasts from the end of September to beginning of May (although note that pleasant is relative, with daily temperatures from October to January and March to May still being 20°C-25°C (68°F-77°F), but be prepared for cold night temperatures. In winter the temperature at night is usually from 10°C-16°C (50°F-60°F). From May to September, the sun is intense and temperatures can touch 45°C (113°F) in the city and even higher in the desert.
