FULLY EQUIPPED HEALTH CARE SERVICES
Our hospital was designed and built as a hospital building. The “fully equipped service” concept is also reflected outside of the hospital’s walls, with the parking area having a capacity of 150 vehicles, conference hall and playground for children. Daily menus are prepared in conformity with the patients’ needs under the supervision of our dietician taking into account the recommendations of our doctors. Under the scientific cooperation agreement with Istanbul University, lecturers who work full time at Istanbul Medical Faculty and CerrahpaÅŸa Medical Faculty provide service at our hospital in their branches out of working hours.
In the Cardiology Division, we provide 24-hour service to emergency patients with the catheter laboratory and coronary intensive care unit. Because our hospital gives particular importance to gynecology and obstetrics, an entire floor is allocated to this division. Our hospital has the “Baby-Friendly Hospital” certificate. We provide service to our patients in the transplant waiting list with our 7-bed renal transplant unit. Our emergency room provides 24-hour service with 5 observation beds, 1 observation room and 1 operating room. Our hospital has 5 technologically equipped operating rooms, including one emergency operating room.

Istanbul Private Hizmet Hospital obtained a ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate from the firm TUV Rheiland, registering the activities it performs making no concessions of its values.
OPERATING ROOMS AND INPATIENT TREATMENT
Specific surgical interventions such as heart surgery and organ transplantation as well as any kind of open and endoscopic surgical interventions are performed in the 5 operating rooms in total, including one emergency operating room.
PATIENT ROOMS
We provide services using smart building automation system, with 114 beds in total including intensive care beds and patient rooms, which we endeavored to give you the comfort at your home. Daily menus with alternatives are prepared specifically in conformity with the patients’ needs under the supervision of our dietitian taking into account the recommendations of our doctors. In our rooms we provide newspapers, magazines and wireless Internet access service. We offer 24-hour room service.
EMERGENCY ROOM UNIT
With its easement of access to E-5 highway and its fully-equipped ambulances, our emergency unit provides 24-hour service through physicians in attendance specialized in 7 branches.
In our hospital, any kind of reconstructive operations are performed by specialist teams using modern methods and devices.

The staff at the hospital are friendly and helpful
The staff at the hospital are friendly and helpful. The hospital is very clean. Excellent pre-op communication. I feel that the doctors and nurses are all experts and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend Istanbul Hizmet Hospital and Prof. Dr. Orhan Cizmeci to anyone who is considering surgery abroad.
