For the most part I totally forget I even have implants, since they work just as well as my original molars did. Your dentistry results are as good as your service was pleasant and professional. I won't hesitate to recommend you and Doctor Chan to anyone I know of who is considering Dental implants or for that matter any serious dental work. Of course that also means you should expect to see me again, the next time I have the need for dentistry services that are more than I care to pay for here in the US. Hi Dr Mora,The results were great, very pleased and the cost from $700 an implant from $2200 is a huge difference. It was all done in a hospital surrounding, very clean! The dentist spoke perfect english and also the surgeon, I've told all my friends. I'm going back sometime in November/08 for the final stage of the implants. I enjoyed the whole experience very much, I also traveled all around Costa Rica and the people are friendly and the whether is good. I had 7 implants at $700 each total of $5000.

I went to see Tulin, who said that because we were leaving 2 days later the best option was to bleach the tooth. She was very thorough and gentle during the procedure, in which she had to drill and bleach the tooth. The tooth now looks great and I can’t stop smiling! I highly recommend her.

I visited Tulin at Udent to have a badly chipped molar repaired. My first impression was very good, Tulin greeted us with a big smile and the clinic was very nice and modern. Tulin repaired the tooth and made a filling, she was very thorough, but made the repairs completely painlessly. After she had completed the work the tooth feels as good as new, and you can’t even see the work that she did! Possibly some of the best dental work I’ve seen – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends or family.

I couldn't possibly afford this work in the U.S., so took a chance on Dr. Tulin's free assessment as a lark, since I was going to be in Istanbul anyway. Please understand, my teeth are very bad, almost beyond hope. I was immediately impressed with the extreme cleanliness and professional environment of the clinic. I became more impressed during the consultation. Dr. Tulin described several ways to address my problem. No pressure tactics, only options. She is a "cosmetic" dentist, but don't let that title fool you. She is an expert in every way. I chose to have 11 crowns on my upper teeth that day. After three hours in the dental chair with Dr. Tulin grinding away, I walked out with temp crowns. "Please come back tomorrow and you will have pretty temp crowns from the lab." Both were just fine as temp crowns. I went to SE Turkey for a week. When I returned to Istanbul, the permanent crowns were ready. Dr. Tulin is a perfectionist. Several dental appointments later, adjusting everything to her standards, I walked out of her clinic with great, natural looking teeth. Two months later, I'm back in the U.S. I've always been the kind of person who smiles a lot, but was embarrassed by my teeth. Now I smile proudly, without trying to cover up bad teeth. I'm planning to go back in March to get implants for my lower teeth. All of this work was very affordable, a fraction of the exorbitant costs in the U.S. plus fewer appointments and no red tape in dealing with insurance companies. I have been Dr. Silvio Sterman's patient for the past three years. In 2001, I had a gastric bypass, having weighed 250+ lbs. and being only several inches over five feet tall. I lost over 110 lbs. and have maintained my present weight. I waited for several years before contemplating plastic surgery. As I was retiring after a 35 year career as an educator, and decided I really needed to have a new lease on life, and less on my body! Dr. Silvio's name was given to me by a friend in Brasil, whose cousin had had a face lift. Trusting this friend, I looked no further, and began communicating with the doctor, who requested recent fotos and sent me a list of medical exams I needed, which I completed in the US. Dr. Silvio and I continued to email, and planned a date for arrival, as well as consultation prior to surgery. When I arrived at his office, I was greeted like an old friend. His nurse, Taissa and his office manager, Sheila were extremely warm and caring. Both have a delightful sense of humor, which put everyone at ease. One trip, I arrived at 8 am on a Sunday and Taissa, Sheila and Dr. Silvio greeted me at the office at noon. On Monday morning I was at the hospital prepped for surgery. I have 12 feet of scars, 3 different surgeries. I first had my arms and tummy tuck, then a facelift. Lastly, I had the extra skin on my buttocks and legs removed. "Ouch," but I am soo pleased with the mini me! Before each surgery, Dr. Silvio and his team came in and asked if I had any questions. I was introduced to the assisting doctors and anesthesiologists. My stay in the hospital was two days for each surgery. The Sao Rafael Hospital was cleaner and more pristine than any hospital I have been in State side. The hospital personnel were very personable yet professional, and upon each return, they greeted me by name. "Oh, it is nice to see you again." The food (I still like to eat!) was delicious, served hot, and on a plate, rather than plastic. Dr. Silvio is an artist. He takes great pride in his sculpting and is very sensitive to his patients' psyche, needs and temperament. He also attends yearly conferences keeping abreast of the latest techniques world wide. Last May he was in San Diego, where we met for a chat. He is very patient and kind, but also realistic. He kindly reminded me that wrinkles would continue to be part of the physiology... but that my body would look much less "flabby" and that my face would look like a younger, more beautiful me. Indeed, after each successive operation, I was extremely pleased. Even more so, six months after, when the swelling had subsided. Dr. Silvio visited me several times a day while in the hospital, and Taissa, his nurse came to the hotel to give me massages. It took approximately 2 weeks for recovery (for travel) after each surgery. Dr. Silvio has 35 years experience with plastic surgery. His once a week pro bono work is specifically done with children with cleft palates and harelips. He is meticulous and very proud of the outcomes of his surgeries. Is every person as pleased as I am? I believe if you are honest with yourself, you will not be a movie star, however, Dr. Silvio will do the BEST for you. If you have medical issues, make sure he is informed ahead of time. If you have psychological issues, take care of those first! Attitude is half the battle and the rest of you will be in great hands. I knew before that he would improve and rid the excessive skin. We have returned to our home in Norway after a couple of eventful days i Warszaw. So much happened in a short period of time that we have just recovered from the experience. I hope Mr.Foik has too, he did quite an effort. We are very satisfied with his work. Please send him our regards, especially from my wife. She is very happy with her new tooth, but was unable to say so at the time, being rather shaken. Her cheek work seems fine. No complications and it is looking fine. Also our best regards to Mr. Paluchowski. He did a nice job and saw to it that everything went smoothly. Tell him that Saturday evening was perfect and that we will probably meet in Germany next summer.

I hade pain for about 10 days, but it wasn't so bad. I hade my own doctor to take the stitches for me, and she said that the operation was made very well. I would like to say to you that you have been very professional about everything, and I will recommend you to anyone who wants to have any kind of plastic surgery or have their teeth done. Just to let you know that we arrived back in the UK safely yesterday. We just want to thank everybody who looked after us so well during our stay at the clinic and, particularly, to our surgeon and Paulo. I'm sorry we did not have time to thank you all properly, but we are very happy with the surgery results and we will be coming back in April to see you all again and have a little bit more improvement.

Just weeks ago I underwent breast enlargement operation. I was astonished to find that the entire time I was in the hospital I never experienced any pain whatsoever. I was able to walk the hospital floors the evening of the surgery. There were no side effects and there was no need to take drugs (prescription or over-the-counter). I remained very alert and did not need to nap during the day, which resulted in a very restful night's sleep. I would like to go on record and state quite categorically that the help and advice I received from you personally and the reassurances from your "boss" reminded me of the old-fashioned way of "respect and courtesy for the customer" Thank you very much indeed. The same can be said of the Dunya Goz, the levels of professionalism shown by all levels of the staff gave one "a feeling of confidence and trust" I am fully satisfied with the advice I received and the subsequent treatment which even at this early stage seems to have given me some additional clarity of vision in my right eye. Prof. Dr Can Ustundag requested me to return in one month, this however would clash with New Year celebrations etc so I plan to re-visit probably mid-January. I have also reached a joint decision with my wife (based on the experience of treatment at Dunya Goz) that I will have a vatrectomy operation carried out on my left eye once I am satisfied that the right eye has improved sufficiently to allow me to risk this type of operation.
