OUR STAFF

Dr. Jorge Esmeral Maldonado and our excellent team of highly trained and skilled professionals will make your experience with us a rewarding and successful one. The Laparoscopic Center medical team is comprised of a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to our patients: 3 highly trained surgeons, an internal medicine physician, a psychiatrist, a nutritionist, a physiotherapist, a psychologist and two nurses.

Dr Esmeral and MedNet Costa Rica are dedicated professionals who work as a team to bring you the best experience. They want you to be satisfied with your treatment and stay and that is why we offer a unique and thorough system of support and medically appropriate care for you.

MedNet has been a pioneer of patient support services that began in Brazil over 8 years ago. It developed specialized medical support services for bariatric (weight loss surgery) and post bariatric plastic reconstruction. 

We are proud to be your contact in Costa Rica for any need or concern you may have both while planning your procedure.
