Hair transplant surgery at Clinic El Menzah is performed as an inpatient procedure (72 hours). The first day is the consultation with the hair transplant surgeon, the second day is the actual hair transplant procedure day, and the third day allows for a follow-up visit.

Hair transplant surgery at Clinic El Menzah is performed under local anesthesia with a sedative. The patient will be monitored by an anesthesiologist throughout the surgery. Pain is minimum. Some swelling and soreness is likely to occur after the procedure when the anesthesia has worn off but regular pain medication should help with this. The patient will begin to notice changes in their hair within 4 weeks.
