I have always hated my legs and had always thought about getting Liposuction. After a chat with Dr Ashok Govila, I decided that I would have the procedure carried out. I was most worried that I would have to take time off work, however Dr Ashok re-assured me that I would only need one or perhaps 2 days off. I very quickly got a date for my surgery, which was great. When I went to the hospital all the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Especially the anaesthetist , who explained his part of the procedure extremely well and was very re-assuring. After the surgery I was up walking about and feeling good. Dr Ashok, had advised that there would be some swelling on my legs, however even straight after surgery I could already see the difference, and my saddle bags had gone :-). I only had 2 days for work (one of days was the actual day of the surgery) , and within a week I was back to my full exercise regime. After surgery, Dr Ashok was great, he was available at any time if I had any questions I needed answering. Its only 1 week after my surgery, but I am excited about the results and can’t wait to see the end result in the next few months. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Ashok to anyone if they are considering this procedure.

It was the best decision I ever made

About 17 years ago I had a Breast Reduction with Dr Ashok Govila when he worked at Mafraq Hospital, Abu Dhabi. It was the best decision I ever made. It literally changed my life. At 5'3" my 36Fs were inhibiting my life. My shoulders ached, I could not find clothes to fit, I was depressed about my body. This doctor changed all of that for me and 17 years later I continue to be impressed by how my boobs continue to be a great shape and size despite the years. And the icing on the cake is that Dr Govila is an exceptionally compassionate and humble man who despite his amazing abilities remains down to earth and extremely patient. My op was free at the time as it was part of the UAE healthcare system.

I had been unhappy with my nose for as long as I can remember. In 2004 I had a rhinoplasty that was a complete disaster and a waste of money. I went to a surgeon and I was very ill informed and I blame myself for not doing my research. The surgery left my nose looking worse. I had an awful profile. I was determined to find a doctor who could correct the damage done and give me a nose that will bring out my other features. I longed to look in the mirror and be able to see my face as a whole not just my NOSE. I did a lot of research this time and found Dr. Ashok Govila. I went for a consultation and felt very comfortable with him. He was very honest with me and I knew he was the one who could fix me. He is truely an artist. He did more than what I imagined possible. I love my nose!!! I do not plan on ever going to any other cosmetic surgeon but him. I have to admit I was slightly nervous about the surgery because I expected the recovery to be awful. The surgery itself was a great experience. The medical staff assisting him were wonderful. After the surgery, I felt good and experienced no sickness or severe drowsiness. The healing process went very smoothly with slight bruising and swelling. Even with the bruising and swelling right after the surgery I could already see a huge difference, it was amazing. It's been a little more than a month and LOVE my new nose!! It's very natural and flatters my facial features so much more nicely than my old nose. Everyday I see improvements in my nose, I am looking forward to the months ahead and cant wait to see all the changes and improvements during the healing process. I am am planning a breast augmentation revision with him in December and plan on returning later for a tummy tuck. I could not recommend him more he is the best.

Dr Ashok is experienced, very pleasant and patient and I am very happy with my experience with him. Procedure was well explained and provided with excellence from A to Z. This was my first experience with surgery and with doctor Ashok Govila. I planned for rhinoplasty and lip reshaping and i wasn't motivated for any kind of surgery or to have cuts and stiches on my face but after surgery and when all cuts and marks disappeared it turned out to be a beautiful result. My face was about 70% changed. My parents and relatives were satisfied with my apperance. All of the staff members were cooperative and it was a friendly and good experience with them. And last but not the least my experience with doctor Ashok was great. He is so frank and just like a family member. he made me so comfortable, i shared my problems comfortably and he treated those prob so smoothly. I would highly recommend Dr Ashok, I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery, which was a breast lift with implant and tummy tuck. He has a wonderful way with his patients which makes you feel very comfortable and at ease, he takes his time to explain the procedures, and also has great aftercare too. After meeting with 4 other surgeons Dr Ashok was the obvious surgeon for me and I was delighted with my choice.
